IMPORTANT: THIS VEHICLE MAY REQUIRE ERROR-FREE LED BULBS IN SOME SOCKETS IF REPLACING TRADITIONAL HALOGENS. (It is worth your time to buy bulbs noted as such where possible, or else you may experience flickering or the lights may behave as though they are blown [rapid turn signals indicate the car thinks the bulb is bad])
Stop/Brake: 2357R (1157R should work with LEDs) Outer Tail Light: 2357R (1157R should work with LEDs) Inner Tail Light: 168R Parking Light: 2357A (1157A should work with LEDs) Reverse Light: 921
For clarity: Numbers such as 2357 = Bulb Fitting/Load Type.
2357 shares the same base as 1157 but with increased current potential (2.1A vs 2.23A.)
R or A suffix means Red or Amber. Don't put a white bulb in your brake or parking lights, it won't look right and is illegal in many jurisdictions.
love these – very help and money saving. Just as a suggestion maybe someone could be there to help hold the camera when you are trying to unscrew the bulbs or do really close up work.
Bulbs in this housing, for reference:

@Travelers Reviews DIY Any video on how to access license plate bulb to replace on same vehicle?
You should put a tiny dab of dielectric grease on the metal base of the bulb to prevent corrosion/electrical resistance.
He didn’t show us how to take that bulb out how do you take the bulb out without breaking it
Are you sure you know what you’re doing because it did not work out that way. I have a 2017 Kia soul and it doesn’t twist off is stuck in there
Thanks for this
Thank you bro many blessings for your help.
List each bulb with the replacement code so we don’t have to do this twice
Is it possible to just remove the clear case around the tail light assembly? And switch to another?
Thanks exactly what I needed
Thanks. I changed my brake lights after watching this

Hi. Thanks for the video, I really wish if u can tell me if by any chance I can fit that tail light on my 2013 Soul
Mine gets stuck when trying to take it out ive tried everything
Would be nice if you actually took the time to have someone else record so we can see what you are doing instead of hearing it
I am thinking about switching out the factory bulbs for LED bulbs. What bulb numbers am I going to need?
