While your doing this procedure? Do you have your foot on the brake? Or do you do this without the foot on brake? Mine keeps saying check the brakes? … also will I ruined the car if I keep doing this constant my car? Just asking.. thanks
Mine shows no power I can’t turn on my interior lights or lock my doors but whenever I use the key fob in the glove compartment it’s starts up idk what to do I had the car for 3 months now idk if it’s the Starter alternator or bad battery
I just push the button once without my foot on the brake, then push it once more without my foot. Then put my foot on the brake then press the button again for a third time and it starts. Regular Kia Optima

Good looking bro!!!!
Ugh having this same issue on my 2019 optima s. I bought my car brand new and it only has 22k miles. Could it possibly be the starter?
What happens if you have to keep starting the car this way?

My brake pedal is hard and it doesn’t let me start my car because the pedal is too hard and can’t let me push down on the brake pedal
It only works on hybrid Kia Optima
