Great job there man, is that a 4 cil? Mine is and need to replace it soon.
Mine I just pulled the top hose bent it back and locked it out of the way, breather hose, throttle body, had to pull the metal plate to get the starter out. It was pretty easy fix. This did help for reference http://www.kiopman.com/removal_and_installation-880.html

Hey quick question my starter went out and my mechanic said it’s 180 got a new starter and the labor is going to be expensive because the intake has to come out. 2012 Kia Optima push start. Does this sound right !? Thanks a lot ! Good video

I can tell you I followed you step by step even ordered the part off Amazon ….everything coming on car just not doing anything when I turn the key …could it be a fuse ? Or battery not charged enough ?
