2016-2020 Kia Sorento Front & Rear Brakes Replacement How-To

This video will show you how to replace the front and rear brake pads and rotors on the 2016-2020 Kia Sorento this should also be the same process for the Hyundai Santa Fe. In this video we upgraded to the Power Stop Evolution Sport pads and drilled/slotted rotors. Brake kit was purchased from Amazon and I have provided a link below.

Why is grease still applied in a old school way when manufactures don't say to do it in service books? I just installed OEM brakes and rotors, used no lube and have no squeaks. Great video. it would be helpful if you list the bolt sizes and torque specs in the description for quick reference.

Remember kids, always spray your rotor with some brakleen to get off the oil layer they put on to prevent rusting during storage/shipping.

Great video. Couple little tips. Pop the cap on the reservoir and the piston will compress easier. After all pads are replaced top off the brake fluid. You can check pad wear by looking at your reservoir level. The level will lower as pads wear because the piston is out farther.
