Quick and EASY Jeep Wrangler TJ Tube Fender Install!!!

Quick and EASY Jeep Wrangler TJ Tube Fender Install!!!

Today we’re going to install some tube fenders on my brothers TJ! The brand is Barricade Offroad (not a sponsor) and my first impressions are that they seem pretty decent. This style of fender is very common and this install video can be used as a guide for many different brands. The Jeep Wrangler platform has many aftermarket parts to choose from… choose wisely!

Why'd you cut through those I would have totally bought him off you

Ruud says:

Wouldn't it look neat if you connect the end of the bumper to the fenders?

Sara Wilcker says:

I wish I could drive first.

Ohhdanyboy says:

Thank u Nate

Garth Clark says:

Flat top fenders always look great on the Wranglers (CJ style). Would be interesting what the park and turn signal lights will look like. Thanks

Ryan Tidwell says:

Nate love your videos. You need to quit working on those other ugly rigs and fix the CJ with a flat thats been sitting there forever!!!

Schmidt's Garage says:

I put a set of these on my wrecked TJ.  They are super cheap but seem ok.  They have started to rust after a year of use.  But for the price I will just buy another set in 4 or 5 years.

John A says:

Nice job Nate, the little battery like tray, I think it's the mounting plate for the ABS unit…so no harm done 😉

Beers nGearz says:

Another great video… makes me miss my Tj…

FowlBetterTV says:

I have similar fenders and definitely regret putting them on. They look cheap and have started rusting. Gonna be putting on aluminum genrights in the future

FreeWorldRoamer says:

Hey what size tires are those and how many inches of lift does he have on that Jeep. I like the stance it has.

lionelhernandez34 says:

Did this to my YJ simple project as long as your careful as you mentioned. I was able to do most mine with turbo shears IMO less likely to rust. What I did with a cut off wheel I cut strong and shaved with bulldog snips, just a little tip for all commenting about rust. Other wise clean and prime well with a coat of paint should eliminate the rust issue.

Off Driver says:

What do you do for rust protection between the double sheats of metal and cutting edges?

Dan H says:

Turn signal delete?

riding with Lucas says:

Damnit Nate you make me want a TJ but around here there expensive

scotterh354 says:

5:28 is it just me or does the shock look like the piston isnt going into the body of it straight?

geoff simons says:

Perfect timing, I'm looking to install a set on my scrambler
