That's a torx bit or driver that you need. A torque wrench should not be used at all in this procedure.

Hey Jeepioneer, I bought a 7" Led Headlamp with a DRL option. I followed your ii's(install instructions ) but now have single red wire with a connector standing alone. ;( I believe it is for DRL. what do i do?

Phil. I ordered LED headlights for my 2016 Jeep Rubicon. I was going to have them installed professionally, but after watching your video, a buddy and I decided to do exactly what you were doing and it was so easy. It took less than 30 min to install the lights and put the jeep back together. Thank you for saving me money….
