I watched ur video on removal of the lockin cyclinder because I needed to replace my on my 93' Jeep Wrangler YJ. The new cyclinder needs tp be cut have u heard of that?

95 YJ. Hit the key while in the cylinder with a rubber mallet a couple of times. My key got tougher and tougher to turn until it wouldn't turn at all. I did this and it's like new now. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gCpow3gvO-Q

I recommend a clamping arm mount to be able to get stable shots without needing a spot to set it down. Amazon has them for $15. Great job keep it up.
