Ok… So I kinda had to go old school with a crack in my son’s jeep wrangler… Forged and welded up a patch and welded it in place without blowing myself up…

Hey your welds are not shit there just cold meaning your to far away you
need to be closer. And different nozzle the one you have on your whip is
for gas you need a flux core nozzle. And you might want to slow down you
wire speed. If you go to Harbor Freight Tools and look up you welder it
will show a pic of the of the nozzle im talking about. Great video’s

Deeper less domed bead is good your getting Better weld Penetration
stronger welds less grinding.
