DIY FIX: Jeep Wrangler tj AC leak Passenger side water leak FIX

DIY FIX: Jeep Wrangler tj AC leak Passenger side water leak FIX

Use some type of sealer paste and seal where the black AC duct collector goes out of the jeep and then get a 5/8″ ID plastic tube to go from that hole (originally doesn’t have anything on it), put it on the hole and route it somewhere. Use a zip tie to make sure it stays on. I ran my Jeep for 20mins with AC on and this is what I got. The water condensed from the AC unit leaked out of the tube onto the ground (as showed), and NOT ONTO THE PASSENGER SIDE FLOORBOARD, just as I wanted! Hopefully this helps someone. Just make sure to seal the black box that connects to the little tube that goes out of the firewall and connect a tube to let the runoff water go out.
