2003 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon – TJ- Tension Pulley Replacement

2003 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon – TJ- Tension Pulley Replacement

First, I would like to state I am not a mechanic NOR do I claim to know the correct way to do these projects. I am giving you my personal account. If you know the correct way or an alternative way, then feel free.

The project required a T40, and as I stated in the video, I needed a hardened bit because my pulley was really stuck. – I did NOT use this technique, but I did see people using vice grips to loosen the bolt. I assume they did not have a hardened bit, and their bolt was stuck as well.

This project was ultimately extremely easy overall!!!

Take off the belt, remove the single bolt and replace, and put the belt back.

Hopefully, this helps.
