Fantastic – One of the bulbs in my 2002 XKR are blown – and I thought the
display light was built in to lcd screen – so seeing this and how you do it
is great. Your video appreciated.

Hi Sam, I’ve just got my first XK8 and now I’ve found your video’s I’m even
happier. It’s hard to tell from this video how many bulbs are in the rear
of the unit, does each switch have its own bulb? I have no light on the two
far right switches (Air to feet and Feet and Screen) but the red light
comes on when they are pressed (on) is this a separate bulb / LED Thanks
I’ll be using your videos instead of paying a Jag dealer or specialist.

@sam1174 Yes understand – picked that up from the video but thanks for
reminder. You havn’t replaced a universal joint on either of the half
shafts (drive shafts) as yet have you? There is a clonk coming from behind
one of the wheels when shifting from drive to reverse and visa versa – that
will be my next job after the dash bulb cheers

@calktm Glad I could help! Make sure you look at the video on how to remove
the center console. Also, there’s another video specific to the J-Gate
surround. Watch that it it will make it easier to remove it.
