Quick diy of replacing a thermostat in a supercharged Jaguar X308, in this case a 2003 XJR that is in need of an engine cleaning (gotta love dirty roads in the upstate weather, and my laziness)
And yes, I did have a pan under the car, since I did a flush afterwards after finding that once the coolant had circulated, there was green coolant mixed in after all. It was hard to see in the reservoir, and obviously the amount I lost in the housing area was orange. But once it circulated through afterwards, the green was easily seen, so I flushed it all outside.

Hey Charles , have you ever tried changing the super charger oil??? Im looking into changing mine. But looking for soem advice from someone that may have experience with this . I have an 03 super v8

thanks….very helpful…….now gota change timing chain tensioner on right side….did the left side months ago…was fairly easy n stoped alot of noise
can you tell me how to change the coolant reservoir onvthe left frontside underneath the front bumper….sprung a leak and now its really bad
