Thank you all for tuning in to Super Mario Diagnostics!
Today we are going to diagnose a dead misfire on a 2015 jaguar XF 2.0L. We will also be showing how to check crankcase pressure, and how to rule out cylinder wash.
I hope you all enjoy, like, share, comment and subscribe!

probably caused by driving with a misfire with a faulty spark plug for the past year
Another great video. Could you tell me what boroscope you were using in this video? It's super clear.
I don't do this anymore, retired/disabled, had #3 coil 07 Hyundai entourage go bad, moved it, misfire moved, replaced, month later #5 misfire. heres the weird, if I clear the codes, it's fine for a mile or two, and once codes for all cylinders misfire. I had to replace oil control solenoid a few years ago. Evidently previous owner missed quite a few oil changes, under valve cover is sludge city, I change oil every 2k now in hopes to clean, as no one here does the BG oil system clean that I can find. I may remove the oil solenoid to see if clogged again.
Great job mario
Great video Thanks! Which Borescope were you using?
Can you show how to do a relative compression test with the scope and explain which wire your connecting and what the purpose of that wire is
Been watching your vids for a few years now and i often wonder how hard is it to work around that camera i know it gets easier more you do it but man that musg have been frustrating in the begining i mean i can bearly work with my wife texting me on the phone lol
Hey Mario, awesome diagnostic. FYI these Ecoboost 2L engines (2l GTDI) have a fair amount of LSPI related issues. I myself had this problem where my ringlands cracked and lost all compression on #3. It was an easy diagnostic as it was billowing plumes of smoke out of the tailpipe and through the crankcase.
Great Video, those Jags are known to crack pistons.
what is name of place the bnc cable came from
I know what’s wrong with it,It ain’t got no gas in it
First time at your web site. I found you through Ivan's work on that Mercedes. He gave you big props for information as to how to reprogram the ecm, I think. I enjoyed this Mario. Thanks.
Can you do a video on what and how to even read the lines of a pulse sensor?
expensive failure at less than 100k miles
How much would that tool run for the ignition analyzer
What was the root cause of the failure
What articulating borescope are you using? The picture quality is fantastic
Solid diagnostic process, Mario. I learn a lot from your videos, thank you!
