ok… good repair advise, but mind-NUMBINGLY awful background music.
I opened my jazz master and the hose clamp was completely missing. I'm going back to guitar center and complain.

btw plumbing tape works well.
I also couldn't tell what you were doing. I'm assuming you crimped the hole a bit, but have no idea what you did with the hose clamp.
Wish you would change camera point, because its impossible to see anything you are doing to the collet…Sigh… 🙁
