so I have an issue with the AC in my 2013 Jaguar XKR, it appears – according to the dealer – that there is a split in the pipe that runs from the condenser to the evaporator… a very long pipe indeed, threaded over and under lots of things in the engine bay!
They wanted a lot of cash to fix it, so I have had a little look round and found a brand new part on ebay for £74 + £14 shipping…
let’s have a go ourselves then!
Did this job in about 2-3 hours and while it was extremely awkward, it was simple enough. Let’s hope it will fix the issue! off to get a re gas soon.
the part I replaced was the C2P22361, if I need to do any others I will be more confident to have a go now 🙂
fingers crossed!
Anyway – I hope the video is useful to someone else out there that may be doing thing same.. this isn’t a tutorial just a record of what I did… if you aren’t 100% sure about this job, then do please get your dealer to do it for you.
🙂

Thanks for the video. I'd suggest for future ones get rid of the music and instead explain what you are doing at each step as you are doing it.
