After completely Rebuilding the Front IFS(independent Front suspension) suspension. Its is time to learn How-to Adjust vehicle ride height on torsion bar suspension. the vehicle in the video example is 2003 Nissan Frontier XE D22. the torsion bar suspension is simular in most application for many automobile makes and model. Vehicle suspension should never be adjusted with the vehicle wheel or wheels supported on the ground. always rise vehicle body off the ground allowing suspension to extend its wheels to spin freely. Never support lower control A-arm with jacks or stands. Working on the vehicle suspension can become dangerous if safety and experience knowledge is not hand-in-hand on sight.

You know that nut you undo with the 19mm…. Well the bolt on the other end is 19 as well. And a ratchet socket or impact wrench would be the go.
