I've seen firsthand problems with less than 1 year old Ford Transit Diesels going in limp mode before 30,000 miles and read horror stories about Mercedes Benz Sprinters experiences with Limp modes. Are the Isuzu Turbo Diesel engines any more or less reliable than the other brands in your opinion from your experience? I'm considering a used NPR for my first work vehicle for my plumbing business, just wary of problems associated with Diesels and having only one truck be bogged down in service for extended amounts of time.
This is exactly whats going on with my 05 Npr 5.2. When going uphill it goes into limp mode and won't go over 30 mph on the highway. So it's called a high pressure solenoid pigtail ?
