Thanks for the well wishes Ean. I’m getting ready for the long trip back. CEB to MNL to PVG(China) to LAX to LAS. Trip length is like 1 day 15 hours and I dread it. Bought the ticket in Nov and it’s $807 one way. Gonna hit the ground running when I land in Vegas to get my CDL transferred over from Virginia, get the physical done, get a Nevada mailing address and start applying to some trucking cos.

I leave for the USA in four days and I don’t want the wife to deal with vehicle problems. It’s bad enough she has to work a hydraulic clutch and navigate narrow roads. If you breakdown over here, it’s not like you can call the automobile club. Usually you can pay a jeepney or someone to tow you with a big rope or chain. I see it all the time here. Cheers!!
