i have everything set up but i cant figure out how to set the power
variable. please help
you could also have an exit task on the profile instead of another profile.
And add a screen brightness adjustment the the time of day or such
Thank you SOOO much for showing us how to setup tasker. I almost banged my
head on my desk!
Hey nice video, was trying 2 follow along when you were explaining how you
set up your conditions and profiles in the tasker app; can you make a
follow up video detailing how exactly you set up your configurations
please? It would be extremely helpful. Thanks, lookin forward to seeing how
you did it
Such doge!
Hey dude, can you help me with Tasker?
Good ideas. I did something similar. To solve the battery issue, I simply
took the battery out. I ran a 3A 3.7V dc/dc converter directly to the
battery input. I also took the foil off that they used for a heat sink and
put a big copper heat sink on it with a fan. This allows me to overclock
the tablet without any issues. This also took care of any overheating
concerns from the hot summer weather that I had. Nice to see that there are
other people doing this as well.
YOU ARE a legend. Ive been searching all day (new to android) to get my
nexus 7 ready for my car. this is PERFECT thank you!
Which otg cable did you get? I purchased this one
http://www.ebay.com/itm/330931311242?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649
and it didn’t work. Please post a link.
Is the positive 12 VDC connected to the 12V battery or the 12V ignition
switch? What connections do I make with these wires?
Have you connect the reverse camera to the nexus 7?
Thanks so much for this video!!! From your video i figured out exactly what
I needed to do. I am also installing into my car, but instead of staying on
i wanted the tablet to full power off and on with the key. I found a way to
power on with a simple kernel change, but i couldn’t get it to power off.
Also have the tablet lower all volumes to 0 and open audio app when powered
on. Thanks for the help! Here is a link to what I did, its near the bottom
of the page….
