I have a 2001 Sentra, did the self diagnostic for air bag and it comes up 3
seconds lit 2 seconds off, and repeats. I cannot find anywhere what this
means? Will it be an easy fix? Expensive? If anybody can help?

I have a 2012 sentra, recenty put in some se-R SEATS and the light started
to blink, i run diagnostic and its giving me 2long 1short code 21 , safing
sensor not mounted correctly ,but i never messed with it , only seats and
wiring to the seats , another thing i try to reset it and i wont reset ,any
ideas

At first I thought this was an esoteric solution. I was wondering if I
should say a prayer while turning off the ignition. I tried it anyway. The
first time I tried it the airbag symbol stayed off for a couple of days,
then it turned back on again. I wondered if I missed the prayer. Anyway, I
tried it again and it stayed off for another couple of days until it came
back on. I gave up and left it on (blinking). Family from Texas announced
that they were coming to visit. I didn’t want then to see I had a blinking
light on my car so I tried the solution again. The airbag symbol has stayed
off since then (more than a month ago). THANKS!!!.
My 2006 murano have the same problem but the light don’t blink and this
method don’t work with him. What I have to do?

I am having the same problem on my 08 sentra. I have taken it to Sullivan
tire 4 times and still isn’t fixed. They went out of the way to try to fix
it. I will try this method. I had a remote car starter installed a few yrs
ago. Would that contribute to the airbag light problem. They ran codes and
found none and they also fixed the seat rentatlion and put new parts in but
went on again today. I had it in the shop for two days. Didn’t fix it
dose the same rule works on any nissan tucks, 2005 and up. e-mail me please

I have 2001 maxima doing the same exact thing shown in the video–it
doesn’t go away after the whole procedure (on and off 5 times, 5th being
left at “ON). Diagnostic code seem to be 12. How do I reset this value?

Please HELP. I am able to clear the flashing light, but after a short drive
it comes back on. I tried retrieving the code and got the initial (code 12)
and 1 long flash and repeat. That’s it. Is there a code#1? What could this
be? I looked at vehix411 and no code chart there. Please help!!!
