Hey my name's Louis my driver window went down like in video but it would not go back up at all!!window stays down all the way …the relay clicks when u use the up on passenger window and the driver up button doesent make the relay click at all is it the motor? or window button ? digging me insane please help

Do you know how to open door panel on a Nissan Infinity 1993 J30? Seems my drivers side window came off the tracks. I still hear motor working but window fell down inside door panel and I cannot get it back. I've unscrewed the few screws on door panel but don't see how to fully take panel off to get inside where windows is.
