Excellent video man! You covered it in detail with good camera angles. This is my second time watching this now and I'm just prepping for the time when mine goes out.

Timothy Spahr says:

I can't tell you how much I appreciate this video. You and I did my first clutch job together over the weekend. Your guidance was invaluable; saved me a ton of $$. Thank you, friend.

Herm M says:

Hey alex! Im actually in the process of replacing my clutch/flywheel and Have CMAK csc delete. Transmission is already out and just waiting on parts but i had a question about the Crank Position sensor i didnt take mine out, its still in there. Should i just disconnect it? Or could i just leave it?

matthew molinar says:

This Is one of the best clutch installs for infinity/370Z It helped me in my buddy figure out a bunch of hurdles on my Z, good information thanks for the help buddy! Today we mate the engine back to the trans, I hope it's as easy as you made it look!

jesus villanueva says:

Should've mentioned some of the sizes of the bolts/plugs for the people who arent prepared with all the proper tools

Andrew Cortes says:

You never explained how you got the two top 17 mm bolts out

Mark Prado says:

Hey Alex,

Around 17:15, you said that the reason why you did all that work was because of the slave. How did it feel or how did you know of all things that the slave went bad?

Brad Bethurum says:

Alex, I’ve got an 08 coupe and the flywheel bolts seem to be seized. I’ve tried 1/2 impact and breaker bar with PB Blaster to help but nothing is seeming to work. Any suggestions? Thanks

Marvin Ayala says:

Hello Alex, thanks for this video, helped me a lot, but i have a quick question, does it have any gasket or o ring where you conect the pipes in the clutch slave?? Bc mine is leaking a lot of liquid there.

Andy Ferrer says:

How do you remove the clutch line

Lunchtime says:

Good video. Just subscribed to ur channel. 4:50 yeah, i think nissan/infiniti used blue thread lock on their g35/7 oem shift knobs…it's almost impossible to remove the knob without destroying it..

Nappy Head Moto says:

Damm I wish I would of been able to chime in before you replaced and bought your Clutch I’ve heard good things of southbend but I went with Stage 2 Action Clutch Heavy Duty Slave and lighten flywheel and it grabs so good I’m certain the south bend is a great buy tho!

Rob Reinold says:

What did you use to remove the top transmission bolts?

Avergard says:

Thanks, man. Keep up the good work!!

Paul says:

Alex, you must have a sore neck! Keep up the great videos, also is the G trans the same as the 370 trans?

TheBarzook says:

Good job describing the work, quite detailee, makes me wanna tackle this also. My clutch pedal feels a little crunchy near the bottom. Hope it's not a slave cylinder problem. Keep up the good work and informative videos.

Jayson Wheeler says:

Great video Alex! Very informative and very well explained.

Enough with the PC says:

And hey while you're in there take care of the clutch's master cylinder. (Speaking from the future here….) 😉

Enough with the PC says:

Dropping the transmission sounds intimidating…. I can't wait to see it!
