Glad I found this before I bought a new pump.

LiLClanHD says:

Hey Vlad, I cleaned out both fuel pump units and filled the tank on my car, but now the fuel gauge doesn’t go up at all, it’s says it’s empty even tho the tank is now full, any idea why? Should I drive until the fuel is empty and when I fill up it might fix the problem?

buda hookah says:

Why didn’t you remove the screws first, lift gauge, then remove fuel line, so fuel can just flow back into tank?

hellapinoy6969 says:

My G's fuel gauge started acting up a couple days ago. The needle started going up to 1/2 tank while I was driving, even though I knew I only had about a 1/4 tank left. I filled it all the way up, so the needle on the fuel gauge went up. But after driving for about 90 miles, the needle hasn't dropped one bit. It still shows a full tank.
I might give this cleaning thing a shot. Thank you for sharing this tutorial

Robert Guzman says:

My mechanic said it was probably the ECU that was causing the problem, but I ran into your video and it saved the day, for me at least, not for my mechanic.

Bobby Yang says:

Queston… my G35's fuel gauge says full but it's not. When I try to pump gas, it keeps stopping and you can see gas shooting back out. I might have a bigger problem than just the sensor?

sukhchain singh says:

Sir I am fuel gauge clean but fuel gauge no working wht problem

abdullah Haqqi says:

i have a 2007 g37 coupe and have the same problem and tried it, it worked but stopped again next time i started my car. when i pulled out the gas pipe, gas poured out of the tank instead of the cable

WhiteNugget says:

Just watched this video about 2 hours ago, Me and my sister did it to her car, cleaned both sides, I didn't feel confident about it, but it took the Check Engine light off, Thanks 🙂

jtdennis1919 says:

I don't have any problems with mine. But I just wanted to drop a line and say thank you! There are so many self-centered people in this world and you took the time to drop something so valuable! Thank you! 🙂

Mannyfresshhh says:

I have tried this on my 2010 Infiniti g37x sedan and I think it made a little difference at first but this was when my needle would always be at "low gas"…a few months later, my fuel gauge needle is pointing at "full gas" and it never goes down. Can anyone please help me? I've been driving this car like this for the last 2 years and it's really annoying. Thank you

Josh Chatman says:

I need some help I have a problem? Everyone I stop at a stop sign & then mash the excellerator my car it loses pressure like it’s about to go dead & it catches & takes off .

johnsos9 says:

I have a 2006 G35X and had both sensors replaced in Sept and I’m getting that fucking service engine soon light and code again. I’m beyond pissed right now. I filled the tank up yesterday and it came back on. I’m hoping the repair shop makes things right because this is bullshit. I’m sick of driving around not knowing my gas level.

Jeremy Poley says:

This video rocked. Did the same thing step by step on my car and it fixed the problem. Great video man! High quality shooting and great personality.
