4k I have fixed worse lol. Your force setting on your opener is to high this should have tripped the sensitivity in the opener and 4k for two doors one. Don’t know who you are having fix this but feel like there high. You also can get a new door that color so the matching thing seems off.
Really good job finding it before more major damage, getting a pro to fix them is a wise idea, but many years
ago I replaced both coil springs, cables, hinges, and all of the rollers to fix my very heavy solid wooden double
garage door maybe 12 years ago. Not too bad, the worst is getting the spring tension the same on both sides.
OMG this literally just happened to me yesterday. Now someone coming this Sunday to fix. Hopefully it's not that much but looks the same damage
