Now that I have done a few of these, i do it completely from the top. Once the throttle body is out of the way, you can reach everything. There is enough harness to disconnect everything with it most of the way out.

Great video , this is the best way to install the starter on this model , most people do the whole job underneath but i feel it’s best to remove the throttle body to see the upper starter bolt
When u putting battery back on hook up power cable first….when ur takin batter off..negative wire comes off first
