Comment FAIL. Did you even try it?

Ugh… They only have models sold in USA on that site. So if you own something starting with the letter “i”, they won’t have what you need.

Do you know if you can save the information to a usb drive like what you had in the beginning?

Andrew Thompson says:

Brilliant! I love to see a manufacturer that wants to make there money from the product not the customers misfortune. Information is more important than ever for modern cars. Withholding information only causes the cars to go to the crusher early lost customers.

I have the Volkswagen/Audi electronic parts catalog (ETKA), but it’s not supposed to be for public consumption. 😉 The neat thing is, it stores all the data within its own directory structure, and doesn’t save anything into the Windows Registry, so you can just copy it to a USB drive and run it on any PC, without needing to install it first.

Oh. Thats cool! Even though i like Intel better……Mine’s working flawlessly!

Got it 2 months ago with 512MB RAM, 60GB hard drive, and Windows 7. I have since upgraded it to said specs in last comment, reformatted Windows 7 and it’s awesome!

Nice machine! It’s probably worth mentioning that it seems all the issues occur in the Intel-based versions… a friend of mine has an AMD Inspiron (like yours) that has been flawless since day one…

Dell0304 says:

Oh, OK. just wanted to know. Macs are too pricey for me.

I run a Dell Inspiron 1501 full time. It has a 250GB hard drive, 3GB of RAM and an AMD Sempron at 1.80Ghz.

bbishoppcm says:

I run a 2009 MacBook Pro 13″ as my primary machine (I use it for everything… she never leaves my side). However, I own several PCs, and service/support both Macs and PCs for a school district full-time.

Dell0304 says:

Hey Brandon, i wanted to ask you this…..Mac or PC?

petey815 says:
