17 to 25 ft lb for the nut on out tie rod, It can be 20 or 22.
I have a doubt regarding the jam nut. Shouldn't you have adjusted the new jam nut by comparing it with the position of the old nut? Also could a poorly adjusted tie end rod be responsible for tire wear on the inside?
