My car is constantly jumping even at park, drive and reverse. Looks like it be misfiring. Could it be the intake manifold gasket or something else ?

You're getting the dust right outta there with the blow gun, are you? Except that at least one exhaust valve is open and you will likely blow debris into the cylinder. The ports should be fully plugged during cleaning, then unplugged and the end of a shop vac applied to the port. Suck, don't blow.
