In this Video I show how to swap out a broken rear hatch release button on a 2014 Hyundai Veloster Turbo. This process is the same for ALL the 1st gen Velosters from 2011-2017.
I purchased my replacement button on Amazon there were many different sellers I basically just chose one that had good seller reviews.

Perfect. You're absolutely correct. I just did this replacement, and your guide was great. Except for "just pop the grommet back in" LOL. More time spent fitting that damn thing back in its' hole than anything else. Still only 20 mins spent. I do need a new gasket for the whole assembly though. NBD.

Quick and simple video! Do you happen to know the size of those yellow clips? I busted a few on accident. Ordered what I thought the replacements were but they were too small… thanks!
