We purchased our 1st EV about 4 months ago… a 2024 Hummer EV! We have owned a lot of GMC trucks in the past so this was the next logical step for us… but there is nothing logical about the Hummer EV. at 9000lbs and 850hp, you would think it would be the opposite of Eco-Friendly but here it was all giant and crazy like. We LOVE the driving experience, it is like no other. But now it is time to face the reality… the beast has some SERIOUS issues sooo we are going to have to make a decision … SHOULD it STAY or Should it GO?

I’m a technology guy and not so much a car guy. I never get the newest technology right away. While it’s great when it works, there are always kinks to work out. Sounds like you love the car and want it to work. But, you are pretty much the beta tester. Hope whatever you decide to do works out.
Thanks James may wait a little while now on Hummer EV I had a H3 the wife loved and we been looking a the EV her Q7 is still pretty low mileage so we may wait a year or so. Tell Melissa hi for us and hope to see y’all around greenhill soon
I had a photoshoot with one right next to BNA and a guy passed me on his way to the airport, told his Uber driver to turn around, pulled up and asked if he could check it out. I of course told him to have a look then he offered to buy the thing from me right there on the spot. First and only time that's happened lol.

The only thing I dont like about it is the charging infrastructure sucks. Tesla is superior. Fortunately Tesla is allowing other EV's to charge at some of their superchargers and more to come. Until then I cant take it on long trips
