I traded my hot rod for a H1. Was going good until the motor cooled off. Won't start. Not too happy, I need to do this. Great video thanks so much.
I had the same problem. I was able to replace 6 glow plugs plus the controller but have 2 glow plugs that's wont come out. I'm pretty sure its carbon build up on the ends. None of the plugs that I removed were swollen and the engine has only 13k miles on it. Any suggestions on how to remove the stuck plugs?
You used starting fluid? You still had 3 working glow plugs. Your lucky you didn't blow a manifold. NEVER use starting fluid in an engine that has glow plugs!!
I'd love to see a C-service walkthrough and geared hub output seal replacement / hub rebuild vid, for purely selfish reasons. Great vids, keep up the good work!
