Here is a quick video on how to replace your Control arm and rear axle bumpers in your Hummer H3. This was a simple task that required minimum tools. No bolts or nuts to unscrew (no need to take off the wheel).

I just installed these on my '07 H3. Very easy and effective. Front braking bow is gone and better responsive turns. I was surprised to see that the new rear ones were a little shorter than the stock, but I never haul anything so it'll just give me more travel off-road now.

Great info! Looking to buy the H3 in the next few weeks. There are hardly any in my area or state. Will have to purchase out of state. There are a lot of 06-07 but hardly any that are newer than that. I've read the 06-07 are duds because of valve problems & blown head gaskets.. what would you recommend? Would you purchase an 06 model?

No jacking up needed, just drive your car up to the curb, I think I have the same ones as you, I've had them for a couple months now I off-road every other weekend, no issues!
