My Hummer H2 had a failed Air Suspension when I acquired it. When I inspected the components of the system, all seemed to be in really good condition. The airbags looked good and pliable, the compressor assembly including the dryer looked much newer than the vehicle. So I decided to diagnose and repair the system instead of going the cheap and easy route of just installing coil springs.
After looking at the system closely, I concluded that failure must have been due to either a fuse or the suspension relay. I replaced one fuse in the cab and also the relay. Turns out the culprit was the relay.
