Hello Great Video ! !
Hey on my 2009 H3 I put 285/75R 16 tries on from A great tire shop, It had 265's on it before. Ran good for 2,700 miles. Then my SERV TPM came on. I took it to a chev dealer and they relearned the Sensors. I drove it 50 feet and the SERV TPM came back on. I ask them whats wrong and they said it's because I have over size tires ??? and need to put different Sensors…I don't think this is true…Any thoughts ???? Thank You for any help 🙂

Sapphire Jan says:

Only two of my tires will respond. The two new tires do not beep at all.

Scott McMan says:

I get the message when it's cold, but not when it's warm. Obviously, these sensors are affected by seasonal temp change. The colder it is, obviously, the density of the air in the tires changes and tells the sensor there's not enough air, even though there is the same amount as when it is warm outside. Maybe it becomes more sensitive to seasonal temp change as it ages. Seems to be the case, but my Fiance gets this message on her 2016 Toyota Celica when the temp goes down below freezing and her car was only a year old when it began last winter.
Same as my H3, when it gets warmer, say 35 and up, the light goes off.
Question to everyone: If you want to replace a sensor, how do you figure out which tire it is without taking it in for service, or hooking up a diagnostic meter?

TheReptilianman says:

Will this work on a 2016 Chevy Colorado?

baskerben says:

It does not work. How long do these sensors last. Is it possible that they might be dead?

Great video….this is a pain in the ass! Thanks for sharing. Could not tell at the end of the video if the indication was distinguished.

Jose Diaz says:

Quick question … My traction Stabilicer light came on. But it comes and gos but more in the morning while it been park for the night ,any idea's what it can be ? Changed my pedal , mass air intake censor , and the negative battery terminal but still comes on ..

Florencio Juarez says:

thank you…..this bugs the shit out of me

The Hummer Channel says:

I've never had to do this yet. Thanks for making the video.

Roberto Fradegradi says:

Great video Humman ! With this procedure I found that the front right sensor is gone (the light was steady with SERV TPMS on the dash) … I have to change all the sensors since they have 9 years of life. 😉
