You may want to check the vacuum hoses in the engine bay to see if any of
them are cracked and need to be replaced. You could be loosing vacuum
somewhere, which might be causing this issue. Hope this helps you out.

My 1998 Chevy S10 4+4 with 74.000miles on her dose not like to come out of
4 wheel drive but it will go in to 4 wheel drive. When I try to take it out
of 4weel drive it makes a clacking sound and takes forever . You have to
