Thanks bro, going to check it out.

Hello RC, you had a question about the lift kit I used for my H3. I’ve included the link to Rough Country’s YouTube of their product on my description area above.

RENALCOP says:

Can you tell us more about your rancho lift kit

paf2ndlt says:

Thank u sir.

RENALCOP says:

Awesome bro, I will subscribe and this was awesome video

Try a local trustworthy mechanic too and bypass the dealer. They are and will always be more expensive.

I’m about to do a change on mine. I’m getting some sputtering when stopped. It has 96K on it as well. My local guy wants $125.00 for the job and $250.00 if there is a bad coil. Not bad but this looks so simple and fun to do. Another video suggested the Bosch 9611 Iridium plugs and to use a little fuel inn/carb cleaner before reassembly. I’ll let you know when I’m done.

*when you tell them about the spark plug job*

hoului says:

I have the H3… Which for some reason makes it even more impressive when you tell your buddies about it.. lol..

paf2ndlt says:

Which vehicle is you 3.7L I5 housed in? H3, Colorado, or Canyon?

hoului says:

Mission accomplished !! Took me no longer than 1 hour, and that includes the cleaning I did before putting everything back together. Again, thanks !!

paf2ndlt says:

Glad to have helped! Thanks.

hoului says:

Great video!! Thanks…. I like the part about saving money while doing it yourself. At least a couple hundred saved.

paf2ndlt says:

Glad to be of help.

Steve New says:

Thanks for the video… It is easier than I thought it would be.

Viktors, I am not a trained mechanic, but you may also try disconnecting the battery and reconnect after about 15 seconds. I look at it as a “reboot or restart”; since cars these days are computer controlled one way or another. I do not guarantee anything, but this made my engine light go away.

Viktors Ginters says:

great video…. thanks, hope it will help to clear the check engine light. dealer said it would be around 5000$ fix of loose valve seat, but it might just be bad plugs.

paf2ndlt says:

You’re welcome!

Doing my 04 Canyon……thanks for video!

paf2ndlt says:

Thanks – I actually re-addressed the issue; degreased that area and made sure the hose was properly reconnected from the underside of the black plastic housing . No more signs of oils spewing. It was not actually the pcv as it is permanently part of the valve cover. Must be some sort of blow-by apparatus.

GXTvideoKRUW says:

I would have been looking for the spark plugs all day if it wasn’t for this video. thanks

Chuck Garza says:

Great video. Found a write up with no pics on a hummer forum and the guy had several unecessary steps. Your video saved me a lot of time. KUDOS!!!

paf2ndlt says:

You are welcome, Thom.

Thom Ward says:

Thanks for uploading. Exactly what I was looking for.
