The transmission will fail first, although this one sounds pretty good. If it is as well maintained as it sounds, he's got another 50-60K before he's got to dump serious money into it.

Since when do v6s wear out faster.
The Honda J series v6 is a great engine also tho scotty. I agree the 4 cylinder is more reliable but I put 200 thousand miles on my accord with a j series. I've even seen people use J series engines in cars for a cheap reliable track build. J series is seriously underrated.

Hi how are you ? Which car would you buy? Year 2001 Honda Accord ex 296,000 miles at $1,600 or Mazda 6 year 2004 with 200,000 miles for $1,300

You know I love Honda's but like other dealers they can be Pricks.
I have a 2013 Honda Accord Sport and love it but it's getting harder to get in and out of it.
Old age and fat will do that to you.
I'm going to try to do some swapping around into a CRV if I'm lucky.
Just need to get the traction control air pressure and one other light off.

Got 435,000 kms on my 2007 CR-V (K24Z1) Just changed the oil with 5W-20 Full Synthetic. Only problem with the car is i have some clicking in the suspension.
