Percy Espinoza says:

Does this apply to a q50 because I been looking for a video that shows how to replace it and I been frustrated for over a week…

Antonio Galvan says:

By any chance do you know if this video can be used on a 2012 Nissan Sentra? People are trying to screw me with a $2000 cost. This looks simple I think I can even do it myself

T C says:

Great video!

I never liked sunroofs so that's why I opted to get the Sport version of this generation Honda Accord.

My 94 Acura Integra has a sunroof and I've used it less than 10 times since I got it in 2001 from my cousin (original owner) and was mainly to check to see if it was still functioning properly.

My mom's old 2006 Corolla had a third party installed sunroof and it never worked correctly. Always buy cars with OEM sunroofs from the factory lol

Bryan Richards says:

I have the same Cadillac that is behind you but it has an astroroof/sunroof. It is currently shattered, and I have the replacement glass for it already. I just dont know how to get to the screws on the car to replace the glass, I wish I could get an explanation maybe on how to do it or something

Somerset Bassett says:

Thanks for the info guys, I decided to NOT do it myself after watching and that's all for the good 🙂

Mark Dumagpi says:

If Biden wins the American election tonight, the Car Wizard can do a special video on a 2005 to 2013 C6 Corvette with the LS2 or LS3 V8 engine and the four-speed or six-speed automatic. Let's see how the customer takes care of the vehicle and check out the mechanical problems to see, if one of the Corvette's needed to be repaired. They are a lot simpler to maintain and they are not expensive to repair, except insurance rates. I am hoping for this video to come on Thursday or Saturday, because the Corvette is always a real, sports car.

Beevee says:

Great video! Get every single piece of shattered glass out. Other than the issues you identified with leaving any peices of glass, just one piece of it can get down in the drain tubes and will never come out. Then you have more issues with backed up water in the cabin. Everyone should check around the front drain holes and use a flashlight to look as far in as you can. I would recommend taking some water and pouring some into the drain channel after you clean out all glass and before installing new sun roof glass, just to make sure its draining properly. If not then, there could be a piece of glass down in the drain.

Freedom Isn't Free says:

I've literally seen a dozen shattered sunroofs here at Honda in minnesota. Oh and I detail cars, make sure you have clean hands/gloves when around the headliner of the car.

Arsalan says:

Had the same problem with my 2013 altima. Easy fix but what sucked is that peices of the glass went down the drain tubes and i ended up with leaks inside.

They tend to explode from constant hot days and the cold AC.

fernarias says:

I hate sunroofs (learned from my first car and I live in a nice weather LA beach city). It's getting so hard to find vehicles without them.

Gman says:

"It actually wasn't all that expensive $200 bucks, $3-400 bucks". Add in the labor and this job was $500 or 6-$700!!! If it was Hoovies, this would have been 2 grand minimum!!!

Robert Martinez says:

Car Wizard great video/ The thing that I like best about you is how honest you are Thank You So Much/I have become better at just maintaining my own cars as well as asking the right questions when taking it in to shop for anything needed that I know I can not do/ Thank you

shane walsh says:

That Honda is in great shape.

DAVID LONG says:

i think Michael was in the bottle looked hammered to me!

BILL GORMAN says:

My moonroof shade is the problem with mine. Chrysler 300 with the dual moonroof and the shade is coming loose from the edges. So far, I've been able to roll and unroll it enough times for it to get threaded back in but since the last time, I've just left the shade closed and of course not used the moonroof at all. If Chrysler would have made it a manual shade instead of electric, I don't think there would be this problem. Waste of $1600.

robtt says:

Had a pan roof on a Merc C Class coupe. It rattled from day one . It went back to the dealers loads of time and that rattle just continued . It will probably be rattling away today ten years later. I won’t have another car with a sunroof again.

So I hope you take this sincerely but I will be unsubscribing to all channels that inundate me with commercials that I cannot skip. It’s too frustrating and I can’t deal with it.

If you reply with a resolution within 48 hours I will stay subscribed otherwise I will unsubscribe.

I cannot deal with what’s happening with Youtube and posters these days with the effing advertising interrupting what I’m trying to watch every 15 seconds. I cannot deal with the advertising anymore it’s too much.

Basically I am a customer of your YouTube channel by liking and subscribing to your videos. If that is not enough, and I have to watch a fing commercial that interrupts the video literally every 15 seconds, I am done. Seriously I’m done. Please advise or if you don’t care, don’t advise and I will take care of the rest.

I will be unsubscribing from an S load of Youtubers. Why? Because not all of them do it. I will remain subscribe to the ones that don’t inundate me with commercials every 15 seconds. Also keep in mind I have other options. When I go to bed at night I’d like to watch YouTube videos however I refuse to watch the ones that have commercials every 15 seconds.

If you would like to reply that would be great because I really do enjoy watching your videos. Otherwise, I promise you I’m done. YouTube is not the be-all end-all I promise and all this advertising crap is going down the wrong rabbit hole

I will just simply turn to my subscription-based services. Youtube is not and never will be one of them at this point.

It’s really a shame that Youtube has put people like yourself in this position so I guess it will come down to how many subscribers you keep and how many you lose because I will not put up with advertising every 15 seconds. I will not put up with this non-skippable advertising that runs two sometimes three ads in a row, it’s ridiculous. I will just continue watching the Youtubers that don’t rely on that.

Nice Accord, Wizzard!

My mini cooper had to have the sun roof replaced, 4,800 bucks. Carmax warranty paid for it. But good god

paulparoma says:

I thought that's the kind of work you need a body shop for, not a mechanic.
