It looks like a relatively new component. Shouldn't have these kinds of problems for many more years. Make sure you're using oil that meets the manufacturer's specification.
Excellent video!!! saved me so much time and money
Is that leaking oil or power steering? Mine is leaking oil out of the same area but I can't find the source of it.
I already changed the vtec solenoid gasket so ik it isn't really that.
For anyone searching for the source of the leak: this is good advice for location of leak being power steering but it doesn’t mean it’s the o-rings. It could be any power steering leak – a busted hose, ruptured hard line, leaky clamp. Don’t merely look at the one location he did, check out your whole system.
I replaced both o rings and the vtec solenoid. Still have tons of fluid leaking from somewhere. Any tips?
This channel is fantastic, thank you Danny!
First thing I do is check the power steering fluid level if it isn’t low why suspect a leak.
Very useful
Where can i order high pressure oring sir
I changed both the rings and flushed the fluid and it still whines when I cold start in the morning probably the pump going?
Idk what this is, but I like it. Always wanted to learn about cars
