Please make a video of you taking the bumper off, those clips you are upset
about and the condition they are in, I would like to see how you take them
off without damaging them. No matter what kind of car they are on they
always get damaged.

I know how much a pain in the ass to align the bumper. Especially for one
person i took mine off to secure my lip then put the bumper back on and
make sure the splash shield isnt popped out below the bumper.

Great vids. I thought honda would new replacement clips but maybe they
found some old ones in their tool box and replaced them.

Rip them a new one on Yelp, google reviews, etc. This isn’t acceptable, no
professional shop would ever operate like this.

I had my car at the body shop last month for the front bumper repainted.
They also did not put the front bumper back correctly and there’s a huge
gap between the edge of the headlight and the bumper. (looked like they
missed a clip or something) It’ll be really nice if you post the
installation video on how to remove and install the front bumper for the
2013 Honda Accord Coupe.

I really hope honda isn’t ok with work like this. This is a shameful effort
on the dealership’s end, I hope they get a lot of complaints from other
customers so this doesn’t stay quiet.
