Order a 06 crf450r clutch kit and remove the judder springs and add a extra fiber. So finer steel fiber steel and end with a diva as well

Why do we have to change the cliches so much on a Honda TRX 450R or Honda TRX 450ER
so i have this same bike and i rode it in WV a fw weeks ago, it did super strong i got it back home drove it up the road and cleaned it, brought it back and parked it, lately it has been pretty cold here in NC and i have had no success starting it, but what changed that doesnt make sense to me is that now if i put it in gear and hold the clutch it wont roll freely, it just locks up the rear wheels as if the clutch is not engaged, the only thing i had done to it was fix my handlebars that cracked, and then reassembled it. any ideas a buddy said my oil on the left side could be low, i imagine it has to be something simple
