No fluid loss? on the other side did it pour??? My last CV shaft R&R was on a 1982 Datsun 310 GX, when the shaft came out so did the tranny fluid… Honda's different??

Hi is the cv axle for automatic transmission is the same on a manual transmission?

Thanks to your step by step videos, I changed passenger and driver side CV axles and struts in under 2 1/2 hours. Didn’t have a lift, so jacking the car up from the front jack point and using jack stands on both sides set me back. One thing I came across everybody, is when the trans fluid was leaking out the passenger side, I noticed it dripping from what looked to be the center of my transmission case! Thought maybe I cracked it while prying it out. But the oil was leaking down into a cover and dripping out from the bottom. I went in to panic mode, then realized what was going on. Easy do it yourself, best of luck to everybody!
Do you lube the splines before reinstalling the axle?
How do you know there is something wrong with the old one?
Can't you just put the vehicle in park to keep the front wheels from turning?
What size center punch is that?
Do you need to grease the splines before installing the shaft?
Whats the torque range?
