This much older video from this channel is a bit more like what I had to do to remplace the bumper from my 2003 Honda Accord(They also used a sliver car, which is what mine is):

Notes from this video:
* The foam spacer may stick to the bumper or to the car body. The bumper I removed from a junkyard car had the foam spacer stick to it, but my car's spacer stuck to the car when I removed my bumper. Neither was taped.
* The plastic clips can be a pain to remove without those pliers, but you can remove them by jamming a flathead screwdriver into the slot the pliers go into & twisting(as shown in the linked video) or by jamming a flathead screwdriver into them & pounding the screwdriver with a hammer till the clip breaks.
* When she just pulled the bumper & it came off, I had to gently pull it down & away to expose the metal clips & gently pry them up with a flathead screwdriver(as shown in the other video) to get the car to release the bumper.
* You can reuse the clips if they're in good enough shape, but I had to buy a handful of new clips from an auto parts store. Buyer beware, tho, because some clips that claim to be "Honda Bumper Clips" might not fit, but some clips that claim to be some other kind of clips from some other brand might fit.
