It may be the same process. 1aauto.com 888-844-3393
Is this the same process for the coupe as well? I am assuming so, I was
just hoping I didn’t have to take the bumper all the way off
Thanks for watching. Have a great day! 1aauto.com 888-844-3393
It should be the same process as shown in this video,
amazing. Could they make it any harder…
thank u mike. helped a lot n saved me a bit of cash
Great video, definitely helped a lot and was able to get my new piece in
without much fuss and with minimal tools. I want to note for those that
encounter this: I have a ’05 Accord Hybrid, and the pins holding the bumper
cover from the bottom appear to be a 2-piece fastener. After cracking my
first one, I examined it with some detail on how it worked. I took the flat
side of my hammer and brought some force straight down from the top of the
other pin, which worked and preserved for re-fasten.
now that I see how it is done its nowhere near as hard as I thought it
would be……. great video
Hey can you PLEASE do a tutorial for the 2006 accord model? I got new
taillight housing but there isn’t a single video tut for it 🙁
@ltildragon The bulb has two filaments and one is burnt out, you just need
a new bulb, that does NOT require removing the bumper cover.
I see where you show how to change the light bulb in the right side but the
left side seems to be slightly different…an extra wire- thats brown. Can
you show how to reconnect if accidentally removed?
Thank you so much. You save me like a hundred dollars.
We currently do not have an auto repair video on this particular repair.
We’ll keep this request in mind in the event that we need to make this
repair in the future.
My passenger side rear tail light does not light up when I turn my head
lights on at night. However, it does light up when I press my breaks. What
do you think the problem might be? I have a honda accord 03 ex coupe
Great how to video!!!
@Chopchewie709 Glad to Help! If you need parts or info please visit our

Another Great helpful video for all of us to use..
@jeremybutcher Thank you for checking out our Honda Accord taillight
installation video.
thanks a lot
Hi James, we currently do not have an auto repair video on this particular
model year. However, you should be able to access the bolts that attach the
taillight to the body of the car from inside of the trunk. We carry
replacement taillights on our website 1aauto.com 888-844-3393
Thank You Mike!!
Hey, what about the half of the taillight that’s on the trunk lid? Are
those a no-brainer or do you have a video for those? Thanks.
Thanks!
Very helpful video. I plan on replacing one of my taillights pretty soon
when the new one arrives. My question to you is, I have the coupe and not
the sedan, do you know if all the steps are the same only difference being
the shape/size of the taillight?
Excellent video – thanks for sharing your experience !
How do you replace the 2003 honda accord 4 door sedan tail lights that are
on the trunk? Please teach me! Thank you.
great video, very helpful. thanks
@Schlag96 Hi, we do explain in the video where these bolts are and how to
remove them from your vehicle. We also show you how to remove the taillight
bulb, in case it burns out.
Awesome, saved me 150 bucks and took about 15 minutes to replace. Keep up
the good work!
Is the 2007 installation the same?
Thank you. This was very helpful. I have a 2005 Japanese Accord model and
it’s exactly the same process.
@aintnomorenames I don’t know for sure because I have not has a coupe
apart, but I would believe the process is similar if not the same.
Took me about 20 minutes with the help of this video!! Thanks!!!
