Change the air filter on a Honda Rancher TRX350TM in just a few steps. Watch as John shows you how to locate and remove the air filter, and then evaluate it to determine if the filter can be reused or must be replaced. Then learn how to treat a new air filter and install it on the Honda Rancher. If you’re cleaning and reusing your air filter, see below for our video on how to get that job done with a foam air filter cleaner and then a foam air filter treatment.

Honda filter is pre oiled.

Margaret Slater says:

Does the metal air filter part go in the black part or does the filter go over the black part. Thanks

Uriah says:

Man you made installing that air filter into the inner frame look like a cake walk. Expletive words and grunting included

Blodtrl says:

Why would my air box have oil sitting in the bottom of it?2001 Honda rancher 350

really though says:

2000 rancher 350. Starts cold, but dies when warmed and won't restart. Just found a button that looks like a choke on side of filter that appears to be a primer, and pushed 3 times. Started then turned off. Is there a small filter inside plastic 90 on fuel inlet side?

Pabassing says:

I can’t get the filter over that edge thing

dakota snider says:

how in the hell do i get my filter to slip on the last part, just cut my finger struggling to get the. mf on their and it still wont get on

wil nico says:

Your a fraud pal, you cut away at the hardest part

JT says:

Putting the air filter on that filter support/body was way harder than I expected! It took me a half hour to get the filter over that second lip on the body! Especially after spraying that pj1 foam filter oil on it. The best way to explain how tough it was to get the filter over the last lip on the filter body is just imagine trying to put a condom on a greased watermelon. I ended up using a shoehorn to slip the filter over the body.

Kathleen Spears says:

Today i learned something!

Richard Hernandez says:

What do I doo if I have any oil in my air box

J W says:

I can never understand why people don't take 2 extra minutes to clean the outside of the parts they are putting back on a machine, i.e. the dirty airbox cover and leaves under the seat in this particular case. He poured a bit of sand into the airbox when he removed it.

Raymond Testi says:

do you have to spray the filter?

xXHunter x GradyXx says:

Would it be the same process on a 2000 honda foreman 400fwd

Genie Robinson says:

Engine illiterate here. Went to change the air filter, your video helped immensely, but whoever had my used Rancher before me must have chucked the inner frame. Want to replace it but not even sure what to call it. Have been looking at Partzilla but no luck yet. P.s. 2006 Honda Rancher trx350.

Jayden Allen says:

Hey so the metal thing inside the filter won’t come of even tho I unscrewed it it’s just stuck what do I do

Nick Panhead says:

John is there any type of screen part. That goes on the end of a stock snorkel on a 2019 Honda 420 Rancha. I'm just trying to prevent mice from crawling through and making a nest in air box. I think something like that should be installed in the factory.

John Walters says:

How about that little small foam peace what's it for

Terry Marte says:

You would think he would clean all the parts like inside the air filter
