Unfortunately tYouTube does not have a pm. I have a ’97 Honda Accord. My
brake lights remain on and I have purchased new brake pedal stop pads. How
the hell do I get them on!!!!!!! I have watched a video and I have the old
one in pieces on my floor.
Were should the Anti-Seize be used?
Just wanted to let you know that you forgot to put the V springs back on
the pads.
A handy tip for them pesky rotor retaining screws…
I have found that if first one takes a flat drift (punch or steel rod) and
smacks the head of the screw so as not to damage it, it may then usually
come out with a normal driver. If it fails to come loose, get a pointed
center punch, place the tip slightly inside of the screw head outer edge,
tap straight on at first, then change the your attack to counter clockwise,
tapping firmly… That screw will turn and come out and can be reused if
need be… they really serve little purpose once the wheel is installed.
Good video, thanks
I turning wheel to the side to undo the caliper bracket bolts and I use 16
inch long breaker bar.
The impact tool should be used with #3 Phillips impact bit.
Uploaded a video on how to replace front brakes on a Honda Fit. I hope its
helpful!
