when you are talking about the O ring that could go bad at :24, which part is that because that is where my oil leak is coming from and I don't know what the part is?

Hi i have a 98 honda civic lxi d16y4 engine 5speed it has since developed a rattle at 4tho rpm an since over a week the tick/rattle has gotten down to 2tho rpm was still driving normal an throttle response did not change til last night now is stalling itself an after i shut down engine wint start again unless jump started or crash started any help in solving this problem would be much appreciated…im thinking distributor maybe???
Im leaking a lot of oil, all my transmission has old oil on it and it just might be this the reason. Im gonna check, hopefully is this. It should be an easy fix then!
