One of the bolts that was welded to the frame came loose. Threads and everything look good so I just put it back on with thread lock. Bad idea?

Rich christopher says:

I love your videos man thank you and keep up the good work!!

A Robles says:

Thank you for the great video. One question, does the ball joint pop into place once the jack puts pressure on it and it’s torqued down? Thanks again.

Handy Hudsonite says:

I'm going to be doing this repair soon. Thanks for the great resource on it!

Babar Rashid says:

Clean job. Beautiful. Thanks

Joe Cox says:

excellent many thanks!

Jim Coontz says:

Will these torque specs work for a 2007 Odyssey?

Mazen L says:

Was removing the sway bar link-nut that simple or did you have to prep before the video? I heard horror stories about loosening it! Also I gave so me videos here they really struggle with & some end up cutting off. Otherwise, clean, super clear & awsome job ! Thank you

Rich Wachtel says:

Just did this job… some input:

The ball joint separator tool works great just be very careful when tightening it… It can pop it off very suddenly and violently. For a second I thought I broke my arm! Made the mistake of completely removing the bolt, should leave it on to prevent my issue.

Take the protecter plastic piece off the new control arm at the ball joint before installing (Yes, I'm a dumbass).

Might need to use the floor jack at the back of the control arm to help get the screw holes aligned.

Doyle Redwine says:

excellent vid. many thanks

Roger S says:

My next project as soon as all this rain passes here in NorCal Bay Area. I was looking and planning my attack on that area tonight in my garage for my 2010 Ody and it didn't seem that hard at all. This video confirms how easy it is. Thanks bro.

Jonathan Sutjiadi says:

What would be the sign/symptom that it's time to replace the LCA? I have a 2007 odyssey

Ricardo Ramos says:

And is there a way to contact you? I have some questions I would like to share with you. Tks in advance!

Ricardo Ramos says:

Awsome. If I may suggest, could you please inform the torque tightening in other units, like kg.m or N.m? It would be easier for us who uses the metric system. Tks man!

Francisco Juarez says:

Thanks for the video.

Your instructional videos should be apart of a University’s Training Camps.

iRON1K says:

Another damn good video. Easy to follow and concise without a shaky camera and annoying background music. Are you in Socal? I have a 2012 Odyssey ready for the complete timing belt package.

obadiah7771 says:

So clean… I think here in NY It won’t be that easy, but sometimes, sometimes the bolts will not be seized in the bushings… great video man!!!

Ron Dail says:

Thanks for putting together this video. Nicely done. You made it look easy.
