With your guidance, this only took me five minutes with only a flathead.
I picked up the OEM visor from Honda today for $152 after tax (wanted it to be color matched). They told me Honda just announced they're charging double for these (~$300) as of a few days ago. Pretty disappointing considering this is a common issue that they introduced.
