How to replace the passenger wide blend air door actuator on a Chevy Trailblazer or GMC Envoy. Lots of videos cover the driver side issue of only have hot air or cold air. No one shows the passener side, because the passenger side is much harder. You can pull the dash apart, or you can cut a small piece of the metal facia support to get it out. It will not affect anything to remove that part, and you could even weld it back if needed.
